1. Timesheet<\/h4>

1.1 Morning Session (18 holes): 07:00 hrs \u2013 09:08 hrs
1.2 Afternoon Session (18 holes): 12:04 hrs \u2013 14:12 hrs
1.3 Evening Session (9 holes): 16:44 hrs \u2013 17:24 hrs
1.4 Free Walking: From 17:30 hrs onwards
1.5 Interval between each flight: 8 minutes<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Bookings<\/h4>\n2.1 Bookings for members and members\u2019 guests via the online booking system open on Thursdays at 17:00 hrs for the following Saturday to Friday.
\n2.2 A maximum of 7 guests may be signed in per game on weekdays, and a maximum of 3 guests per game on weekends and public holidays. Members must play in the same flight as their first 3 guests.
\n2.3 Upon booking, the system will generate a confirmation email, which will be sent to all golfers in the flight.
\n2.4 On weekdays, members may choose to walk or use buggies. Buggies are compulsory for 18 holes on weekends and public holidays.
\n2.5 Buggies are compulsory for all non-members.
\n2.6 Visitors and Social Club Members may book flights\/slots 7 days prior to the desired date of play.
\n2.7 On weekdays, a minimum of 2 balls is required to make a booking.
\n2.8 On weekends and public holidays, a minimum of 3 balls is required to make a booking.
\n2.9 The Club reserves the right to ball-match as necessary to maximize course utilization.
\n2.10 The maximum number of players per flight is 4.
\n2.11 Golfers must register at the reception counter before proceeding to the tee box.
\n    \u2022 Members on GIRO may proceed directly to the tee box.
\n    \u2022 Non-members must present a Handicap Card and\/or Proficiency Card (PC) at registration.
\n2.12 Golfers may proceed to the respective tee box to commence play once the e-ticket has been issued.
\n2.13 Each golfer may book a maximum of 2 games per day.
\n2.14 PC holders may play:
\nWeekdays (AM & PM sessions)
\nWeekends and Public Holidays (PM session only)
\nMaximum of 2 PC holders per flight.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

3. Nine-Hole Evening Golf<\/h4>\n3.1 Players are advised to check at the golf counter from 15:30 hrs onwards for the evening nine-hole game. Registration for walk-in golfers opens at 16:00 hrs on the same day, on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to members. Phone bookings are not allowed.
\n3.2 The evening nine-hole session will commence only once the afternoon flights have crossed over, at approximately 16:44 hrs onwards.
\n3.3 During the evening nine-hole session:
\n    \u2022 Members may choose to walk or use a buggy.
\n    \u2022 Buggies are compulsory for all guests and visitors.
\n    \u2022 After 17:30 hrs, free walking is allowed for members only.
\n3.4 Free walkers must register at the starter office before 17:30 hrs and will commence play in the order of registration from 17:30 hrs onwards.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4. Cancellation of Flights<\/h4>\n4.1 Cancellations can be made online, in person, or by phone:
\n    \u2022 Weekdays: at least 48 hrs in advance
\n    \u2022 Weekends & Public Holidays: at least 72 hrs in advance
\nCancellation must occur before midnight. Failure to cancel within the stipulated time will result in a no-show penalty equal to the prevailing golfing fee.
\n4.2 The main booker cannot be changed at any time.
\n4.3 Amendments or cancellations may be made online, in person, or by phone, subject to the cancellation policy.
\n4.4 Exchange of flights is not allowed.
\n4.5 Cancelled flights will be offered to the waiting list.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

5. Waiting List<\/h4>

5.1 If no slots are available, members may add themselves to the online waiting list.
5.2 Flight\/slot allocation from the waiting list is automated and generated by the booking system.
