Dear Members,

Please be informed that road widening works along Toranto Road leading to Sembawang Country Club will commence from Sep 2026 as part of the Sembawang Air Base development works. The overall works are expected to continue until Q2 2028.

During the works, one lane along sections of Toranto Road will be temporarily closed during working hours, and traffic will be managed by traffic controllers with the necessary safety signage and barriers in place.

Two-way traffic will generally be reinstated after the daily works, with steel plates placed over affected work areas where necessary.

Members travelling to and from the Club are advised to allow additional travelling time, drive carefully and follow the directions of the traffic controllers when passing through the affected area.
