For those who already have their own insurance coverage, or who do not wish to participate in the Club’s insurance program, kindly refer to the Opt-Out form available on our Members Portal, located in the Membership Documents Folder. Ensure the completed form is sent to membership@sembawanggolf.org.sg by 05 January 2024.
