I am thrilled to introduce myself as your new Club Captain, Wee Tiong. I am excited to embark on this journey with you and contribute to the continued success and enjoyment of our Country Club. Allow me to share a bit about myself and what I hope to achieve in this role.

My golf journey began during my time at Command and Staff College in 2008. It was there that I was introduced to the Armour Ryder Cup event, which ignited my passion for the sport. Over the years, I have grown to love golf for its challenges and camaraderie.

I decided to take on the role of Club Captain as a way to give back to the Club that has given me so much joy and friendship over the years. I see this as an opportunity to serve our community and ensure that our club continues to thrive. With your support, I am committed to upholding our club’s values and enhancing the experiences of all members.

 As I step into this role, I am eager to lead our Club through an exciting period of growth. One of my immediate priorities is overseeing the renovation of our golf course. I am dedicated to enhancing its design, playability, and safety, ensuring that it remains a source of pride for all members. Throughout this process, I ask for your understanding and patience as we work to minimise disruptions and create an even better golfing experience for everyone.

I am honoured to serve as your Club Captain to make our Country Club the best it can be. Together, let’s make the most of this opportunity to strengthen our community and create lasting memories on and off the course!
