Job Description:
Pre-Event set up, coordination and on-site event management
Preparation of event logistics and equipment
Event inventory management – maintaining of equipment, stock checks. Updating of monthly equipment inventory
Coordination of other logistical event requirements
(Security, Carpark, Lockers, VIP Requests, etc)
Weekly event venue checks to ensure venues are in good condition for events
(to work closely with Operations Department / Cleaning Team)
Assist in client site-visits
Assist the team during Club Events, Social Events and Banquet Events
Assist to coordinate for Festive Decorations / Monthly Floral Arrangements
Assist to coordinate vendors’ arrangements before, during and after event (Caterers, etc)
Ad-Hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
N Level / O Level Holders / ITE
Fresh graduates are welcome
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Operations / Events
Strong work ethic
Good communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to handle hands-on event set up (event set ups, turnovers)
5-day work week – working hours may vary according to events schedule (OT pay will be provided)
