Reciprocal Flights (Local)
Rules
- Reciprocal flights are reserved for members of SCC with a valid Handicap Index (HI), Proficiency Card (PC) holders are not entitled.
- Submissions of flights must be through the Golf Genius (GG) portal, the link will be provided in members portal.
- Members are to submit a minimum of 3 players to be eligible for balloting.
- Duplicate membership will be removed before balloting.
- Balloting will be done every alternate Saturday at the club lobby at 12pm, and the balloted flights will be published on the GG portal at 5pm on the same day.
- The main booker may cancel the balloted flight within two days (48 hours) from publish and the flight will be allocated to the waitlist.
- Cancellation or replacement of the main booker is NOT allowed.
- Cancellation or replacement of flight mates is allowed only upon submission of a Medical Certificate, else a charge of $30 will apply.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellation of flights will entertain a charge of $120 per flight ($30 per person) to be charged to the main-booker.
- Members may take up any available slots* after the balloting results have been published, sign up will only be accepted via email (scc.golfing@sembawanggolf.org.sg) from 5pm onwards.
- Members who have an existing flight may take up any available slots* 7 days after the balloting results have been published, sign up will only be accepted via email (scc.golfing@sembawanggolf.org.sg) from 5pm onwards. [following Saturday]
*Allocation of slots will be based on the time of email received.

- A link will be posted on the Members Portal Announcement page on alternating Mondays.
- Members can submit their interest by selecting their preferred Reciprocal club, date and session.
- Balloting will be conducted and results published in the portal
Example
- Registration open from 5 to 9 September.
- balloting on 10 September for games from 26 September to 7 October.
- Reciprocal flights will be published on the portal on 10 September at 5pm.
